I keep dl and reinstalling and cannot access

After reading reviews about this app decided to d/l and find the icon to get the icon after u d/l app it should run automatically and bring up a browser page for ticketmaster click ur "smart" button hit options on the browser page it will bring up the option to add the icon (scroll the dropdown menu click "add") then save voila :) happy ticket purchasing great app imo dropped 1 star due to extra steps involved for icon
