Metro’s bilingual news application lets you access all of Metro’s main articles from both the English editions in Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, London and Winnipeg, and the French edition in Montreal. Includes Local, Canada, World, Business, Sports, Entertainment, Celebrity Buzz, Horoscopes, Columns and Blogs.  Keep your applications updated as we will be constantly adding to our list of features and sections. Coming soon:  Movie showtimes, video, and much more!  Additional features: Post articles to Twitter directly from the app, offline browsing for when you're out of service range.

If you are experiencing Offline Mode issues, try verifying the permissions on the application. 

From your phone do the following:
-Select OPTIONS
-Select APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
-Search for Metro Canada 
-Select EDIT PERMISSIONS
-The 3 options (Connections, Interactions, and User Data) need to be set to ALLOW (Not Custom).
