The service does not require any human interaction to receive and hear the alerts.  You do not have to touch, look at or interact with the phone in any way.  Once you run the application, traffic and weather alerts will be automatically broadcast through your hand held device.  This will enable you to safely access significant traffic information in time to make important travel decisions.
