If you downloaded the free version of the app but you're missing an icon that is a known bug. I just submitted an update and it should be available in the next day or two. Sorry about that.

In the paid version the app will activate itself when the screen dims out, or when you press the default lock button. To get all the features just search for: StormSlider

The app is very simple to use, just slide to unlock your phone. 

The easiest way to use this free edition is to set it to one of your convenience keys.  When you want to lock your phone simply press your convince key and the lock will open.
