Loanster is not limited to home mortgages or auto loans: it works for any simple interest loan, whether for your home, car, peer-to-peer lending sites, and any other simple-interest loan. Fill in details about the loan--principle borrowed, interest rate, length of the loan, and frequency of payments--and Loanster will compute the payment due at each period, the total interest paid over the term of the loan, an amortization table, and a graph that compares making regular payments versus making extra payments every year.
