Echelon is a revolutionary new approach to gaming that encourages players to go out into the real world and meet new people. The interaction in Echelon doesn't only take place behind a screen; it takes place in real time, face-to-face.

Echelon is a game that involves meeting people, taking pictures and collecting cards. Your mission is to meet other Echelon players and to take pictures ("snaps") of various scenarios. For your efforts you will be rewarded with credits and cards. As your collection of cards grows you will unlock the mysteries of Echelon.

Echelon uses the Bluetooth and GPS features of your Blackberry to create a fun and immersive new form of gaming based on physical proximity. When players come into range of one another, the Echelon game clients on their phones are simultaneously triggered, and game-play scenarios are initiated. Echelon encourages interaction between players in real-world environments and draws them into an exciting world of serendipitous encounters, conspiracy and intrigue.
