Curve 9300 didn't work

Doesn't work on my internet

It use to work on my internet now it doesn't. 
It works on other internets tho.
Sometimes its way to staticky , barley can even hear the person anymore.

Works with wifi only

I'm on the rogers network in canada, using the 9700 on os6. It only connects while on wifi and not 3G.
