Doesn't always work

October 13, 2011

There are many times when this app freezes my phone and I have to completely shut off the device. I tried to transfer funds between accounts twice with no success. I didn't have problems with this prior to the most recent upgrade.

Won't work with long password

If you like using long passwords this app won't run. Max of 8 characters. I'm not dumbing down my password to log into my bank account. Please fix this!

5 stars for the ONLY 5 star, full service bank in OHIO.  Dollar Bank has the BEST accounts in the Cleveland Market.  They employ stellar people and their service culture is second to none!
