Sudoku Pro

Built specifically for the Blac​kBer​ry® Play​Book​™ tabl​et this version of the popular number puzzle game features 9 X 9 and 16 X 16 grids, 4 levels of difficulty, auto-hinting and more! Displayed on a beautiful background with pleasing colors, it is sure to give both the novice and the seasoned puzzler hours of fun.

On installation, you will be prompted to allow Sudoku Pro access to your personal information. Specifically, it requires access to the PIN on your PlayBook so it can verify the License key you are issued. Please NOTE: *** If you deny access when prompted, Sudoku Pro has no way of verifying your License Key and WILL NOT RUN without the proper access to your PIN. You will see a white screen and the app will not work. We greatly respect your privacy and will never share or use the information requested for tracking or any other purpose other than to verify the License key. 

Click Allow and Sudoku Pro will then show a screen where you can enter your License key. If the License key was not included in your email receipt, please open BlackBerry App World on your tablet and log into My World. The License key will be listed in the Sudoku Pro details. 

Many people have asked us about 'pencil marks'. and, yes, you can enter more than one number in a cell. We call it 'hinting'. Open Sudoku Pro and tap the Options Button on the right side. Ensure that 'Show automatic hints?' is set to Yes. Click Save.
Click on a cell and enter several numbers using the numberpad. We call it 'auto-hinting' because Sudoku Pro can tell if the number you enter is already in a row, column or 'box'. If it is already, or if there is more than one number in the cell, the number will be entered as small text. If the number you are entering is NOT already in a row, column or 'box', it is entered full-size.
We recommend you turn auto-hinting on before you start a game. You can turn auto-hinting off using the slider on the Options screen.
