Time + Expense is a simple way to use your Blackberry®, to enter time and expense for client billing. Your completed “Time + Expense” reports are automatically e-mailed each week directly from your Blackberry to any e-mail account you specify.

Enter your time and expenses on our unique Blackberry® screen. 

 • Automatically capture you telephone call information. At the end of a call a prompt allows you to select one of your clients (drop-down box), enter notes, and update your time sheet with your phone calls. 

 • Send an e-mail and automatically capture information for billing. 

 • Easily add, delete, or edit your client/matter list on your Blackberry at any time with a few keystrokes. 

 • Review a list of your time and expense entries for the current day (with day totals), or any previous day for that week. Make changes, deletions, or additions.

• Automatically e-mail your time sheet to any e-mail account you specify and keep a copy of the e-mail on your blackberry for backup. 

 • Your e-mailed time sheet includes all billing information you need: date, time, expense, client/matter, description of your time/expense, etc.
