An intuitive lease finance, mortgage and loan repayment calculator used by numerous banks: 1 Choose what type of yield you need (e.g. Monthly Nominal or Annual). 2 Enter the price of the asset and any deposit to be deducted. 3 Select the frequency and number of payments. 4 The repayment is displayed at the top of the screen. 5 You can also enter the payment that you need to achieve and it will calculate the value the Yield, Sale Price, Deposit, Term, Subsidy or Balloon required to achieve it.  This is a reduced feature version of an application used by numerous asset finance organisations to enable equipment sales people to provide instant finance quotes for the equipment that they are selling.
