Don't waste your $$$...

Very limited troop numbers and you only defend your base.

You can't build during combat. What are you supposed to do if you lose power and a stealth vehicle is attacking. You could have 10 tanks that sit as one stealth tank slowly tears down your base. And there is nothing you can do but lose.

Pure unadulterated boredom. 
Worst "Command and Conquer" EVER.

Terrible gameplay!! no soud effects... waste of $$
