no good for Verizon Customers

I installed but it never worked. I contacted their support people and they responded fast but were not able to fix it. The last thing they said was that this app needed at least platform 4.5 to work. I have the latest version approved by Verizon and I desktop Manager tells me I am up to date. I have a brand new Curve 8530. I have the Iphone version and have no problems. I hope they realize they can lose a lot of potential customers unless they make sure this works for Verizon customers. I gave them the start because at least they got back to me promptly and because I like the app. I have been using it in my Ipod for months. Looking forward to the update
