Moby allows you to share your location securely with those you care about. You can alert selected contacts in an emergency, schedule a check in so your loved ones know you are safe, and allow your friends to track your location on a Google map. Moby is the only personal safety app that provides you with the support of a 24/7 professional monitoring center for immediate response to alerts.

Alert

When you send a personal alert, your chosen contacts receive your GPS location and status via e-mail or text message. The alert will include a link to your location on a Google map that can be accessed on the web and on most cell phones. Alerts may be sent discreetly using a configurable convenience key on your phone.

If you subscribe to our monthly or annual service plan, your alert and GPS location is sent to both your chosen contacts and our 24/7 professional, nationwide monitoring center. The monitoring center will then direct the appropriate emergency services (police, ambulance, or fire department) to your exact GPS location.

Check In

The check in feature allows you to set a schedule for Moby to ask “Are you okay?”. If you don’t respond, Moby will automatically notify your contacts and the monitoring center who will direct emergency services if required.

Track

Moby’s tracking feature makes sharing your location fast and easy! With one touch of a button you can send your up-to-date location to your chosen contacts. Once you start tracking, your contacts will receive a text or e-mail message with a link to a Google map that shows your current location, with automatic updates every 2 minutes.
