Meeting Cost

I bought this because it provides an effective way to demonstrate a point I have made more times than I can count. For what I paid it represents good value.

To be really useful it needs to reflect environments where meetings are really costly and it isn't easy for attendees to know this.. For instance, lets say I have a meeting with my Admin. Assistant ($35/hr.), a couple of Engineers ($70/hr.), an Account Manager ($80/hr.), and an outside consultant ($125/hr.), a group like this can't easily do the calculation for themselves. For this tool to be really effecttive you need to be able to quickly assemble groups of participants with a range of costs. It would also be great to have people step in and out of a meeting (need clarification of status from lead developer and DBA). Two other great enhancements would be the ability to save recurring meeting teams and to change the display to be just the total $$$.

I'd pay at least 5 times as much.

All in a good way to make a point but not so useful on an ongoing basis.

Think about how a taxi meter clocks the fee and that's exactly how this works. Really good app I think
