Do not work in bold

It is not working in bold 9700 if setup wav files.

VR+ doesn't work on BB Bold

I paid and installed on 7 March 2012. Constantly getting message: "You have set the application to allow the necessary changes. This setting
will take effect after the next start of the application. VR+ will now
close. OK"
Reinstalled twice, rebooted etc, same problem. Looked on forums for solution, none.
Disappointed. Victor
