I previously gave this app 4 stars. Till this 1.2 version. It had its flaws but was very useful.
But with 1.2 its useless with no bright future:
Onebox broke the click to call feature so it has to reload each time you want to make a call - a 90 second wait which locks your BB up for the duration.
They broke your caller ID from your direct line which is relevant to your corporate # which is irrelevant - with no option to choose.
4 people is customer support knew nothing of the app and only because I have an inside ear did I get anywhere with tech #5.... Yet after 2 weeks - no fixes.
Worse - there message center will only playback your voicemails over the speaker phone for the world to hear.... I guess they don't believe your VM is private and deserve your option of the handset speaker or your BT earpiece.... Onebox decides.

This is the 3rd time installing and trying to use this app, after receiving an email from Onebox promising a new fix, however like many other users, I am unable to login. Waste of time! |
