Works well with my old OpSys, but now with 5.0 BlackBerry has added Mobile 2 and Home 2 and Sensobi doesn't recognize these. And with Sprint it will not count my out going messages, still worth the money, keeps me up to date on who I need to call, and how long it has been. The wife gets a kick out of seeing how many points she has compared to all of my other contacts on my phone. If they could fix the above problems it would be a app flawless.

The app won't sync all my contacts even after I've set permissions to all. Also, after manually adding a contact, I hit save but GUESS what, the app doesn't save the contact. Totally wanting my money back. I'll say this customer service does respond.
