Great interface but lousy execution

Great interface but lousy execution.  90% of the time it will not finish updating when launched.  It also only pulls updates from Crackberry.com only 1 time out of 10.  Overall, a frustrating waste of time.

why dont blackberry provide this in indonesi ... after all there seems to be alot of playbook and blackberry user comes from indonesia .
