The only features I'd like to add would be making the plot height selectible, and outputting to a text or Excel type file (time and accel)

Would be nice if the readings could be logged as it isn't safe looking at it while driving.

Works well with virtually no lag.
I hope that you wil consider adding
    optional x, y, z display and
    digital data storage and output feature - 
    and display features for x, y and z components.
