MyFormsGenie

FormsGenie for BlackBerry is a platform that allows you to customize and create your own application for BlackBerry with little or no programming knowledge. It is versatile, adaptable, and customizable, and it allows you to convert any paper form, survey or counting template into an electronic form, survey or counting template. Release 3.21 supports photo capture, GPS Capture, reporting in PDF format with invoice like appearance, auto import and export of forms and collected data.

MyFormsGenie users can design their own forms on the device as well as by using our online template design portal at http://myformsgenie.convergewireless.com . Users can download sample forms, surveys, or counting templates from our web site (seven samples to choose from) and then upload them to our online template design portal. Instead of having to adapt to the technology, FormsGenie allows you to customize and adapt forms to your needs and requirements. Data is sent in XML, Excel, CSV or PDF format. The application is device dependant, and not network dependant.  FormsGenie supports the following new powerful features:

o	Support for PDF reporting in invoice like format.
o	Insertion of clickable Google™ maps link in PDF exports when GPS is captured
o	Full remote configuration using custom BES policies. 
o	Full remote configuration using the web-based Remote Policy Configuration tool found at http://fgpolicies.convergewireless.com  . 
o	Retention of the last value that was entered and saved in a specific field, further increasing user friendliness.
o	Improved support for larger templates.
o	Auto import function for new templates, including an overwrite option.
o	Ability to rename templates.
o	Support for multiple photo fields on a template.
