Para um quem necessita de uma ferramenta para ajuda-lo profissionalmente na Gestão de Vendas, em toda a sua extensão, incluindo o Funil/Pipeline de Vendas, e na Gestão de Clientes, a versão mobile do Salesforce.com, pelos seus recursos, inclusive de integração e o Chatter, permite eficácia incomparavelmente maior. Salesnow has the best app by far

I evaluated both Salesnow and Salesforce. Salesforce's web product is definitely slick, but their mobile app is terrible (there's, NOT this one)...
Salesnow definitely has a functional web based CRM even if the web interface isn't the powerhouse salesforce is.
The really prize is this blackberry app. It is by far and away the best mobile CRM app hands down. Salesforce's app is slow and very hard to use, this app is very fast, very slick, very easy to use. The implementation is just very effective and it has little shortcomings.
For someone who works in the field I really appreciate how well this app works and despite both looking very similar this app is the clear winner many times over.
For those that want an overview of how this works (I didn't get it at first):
The CRM is "in the cloud". You access your data with either a web client and/or a mobile client. Both clients automatically synchronize and update the same information. So you can use the web client with a regular browser, the dedicated mobile client app in the field.
The SalesNow mobile client is nice in that it keeps a local copy of the data on the mobile device, this leads to very fast searches and snappy use of the product when you are prodding around in the database. It will also work off line (out of coverage).
The fee for the product is the cost to have the CRM account per user, the BB app itself is free. This is not a trial, but you do need an account with them to have any function at all (they are a cloud based app), they offer a 30 day eval of their product, after which you have to pay per month to continue. Some people view this as a bait and switch, but it is not at all.
SalesNow has the best value in the industry from what I have researched. Non of the CRM products are free or cheap (at least those that have a BB client), so if you are looking for one, you can stop.
This client has excellent blackberry integration, you can inject emails into the CRM right from the native apps, it will prompt you to record call notes, it let's you dial and email right form the client, etc.
I strongly suggest you go the the salesnow.com website and look at the excellent vidoes on how both the web client and the blackberry client work to see what they can do.
Open the BlackBerry App World app on your smartphone.
Click the Menu key and select Scan a Barcode.
Click Start Scanning. Point your Blackberry smartphone camera at the barcode image and hold the camera steady for 3 seconds to scan it. BlackBerry App World will instantly find the app you've selected.
