cant click on the icon, sometimes

I've downloaded the newest wordpress. And already set all the permissions. Bt sometimes I try to click the icon of wordpress, nothing is happened ! Couldn't get into the application. Need to restart my blackberry first ! Need to resolve this issue soon.
