The idea is nice and the home pg is pretty but in terms of the actual function I'm going to have to give it a -1. Reason: not many states represented, the states that are (such as cali) have but a few apt communities listed and to boot, they're the over priced condo homes/apts- not average by any means. If I were bill gates then this app might be ok b/c all they show u are those kinds of places. Needs more development.
