JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2012

Java Jazz Festival 2012 (JJF2012) is a mobile guide application to accommodate the event-goers of Java Jazz Festival 2012. From JJF2012 Trivia to Quizzes and Challenges with awesome prizes at stake----from a venue map to Java Jazz Radio to tune in, this application has it all for the JJF2012-goers.


This app is set with 8 main menus: Festival Info, DS MILD Special Page, Artists, Schedule, Ticket, Let’s Play, Watch and Hear, and BNI Lounge.


Festival Info held any information regarding the event, the venue, the progress, and the people who works to make it happen. It has sub-menu called Map & Directions in which users can use the Let’s Scan – You’re Here, an Augmented Reality feature, to avoid getting lost in the crowd of JJF-goers. This feature is however only available OS7 (9810, 9790, 9900/9930, 9360/9350, 9380/9370, 9860/9850).

DS Mild Special Page is a special menu representing Djarum Super Mild.

The Artists menu is divided accordingly to International and Indonesian Artist, in which users can find the about of the artists performing in Java Jazz Festival 2012.

To find the schedule of the show, users can check Schedule. This menu is equipped with save-to-calendar function that can serve as a reminder so the users won't forget to watch their favorite artists' performances.

Ticket is the place to check what tickets are available and where to buy it. The Digital Ticketing sub-menu is enabled for NFC-supported device, such as 9790, 9360, 9380, 9900. Users only have to register their E- Ticket Code Number into Digital Ticketing to turn their device into tickets.

Let's Play menu is the fun section of this app, filled with Quizzes and Sticker-Hunts with many fabulous prizes to win for. Sticker Hunts is a game that challenge users to collect as many stickers as they can by scanning 8 QR-Codes set in designated places. The more stickers collected, the bigger chances to win the fabulous prizes.

In Watch and Hear menu, users can enjoy highlighted videos of Java Jazz event. There is also Java Jazz Radio inside for users to tune in all night long.

BNI Lounge is a place where 2 cool contests are held. Users can challenge their singing skill by participating in Your Jazzy Voice, or show off their narcissistic passion in Your Pose. Both contests have promising prizes for the winners so go join the fun! This menu also has info about BNI46 Booth, Refill Card and ATM Location and all those you BNI46 customers needed.
