Based on the classic conflicts from the first TV series, you must take the heroic fight of the Autobots and engage in turn-based strategic battles on Earth and back on Cybertron.
 
As the awoken Autobots you must search for energy sources to provide you with Energon, the power required to reactivate your comrades. Use speed and cunning to capture the power sources before the evil Decepticons who are intent on plundering Earth of its resources. Defeat the Decepticons, ruled by the tyrannical Megatron by using the strengths and advantages of each unique character, including Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Ironhide. 

Execute clever strategies to overpower your enemies whilst protecting your weaknesses to claim victory in battle. Utilize smart tactics by using your Energon power wisely to reactivate fallen friends, repair damaged units or upgrade your Transformers.
