YouCast

Video, photo, too big? With Youcast, share what you see without limit. Youcast lets you send videos, photos or any files with your friends instantly or post to your social accounts. 

It uses push technology. 

Important notes (MUST READ):

1  To use YouCast servce, you must agree terms of service. There is no fee for using YouCast service. But your service provider might charge you for any data transmission.

2. After downloading YouCast, please REBOOT your device right away (Pull the battery out and put back) before going to next step. In many cases, YouCast will not response without rebooting.

3. In YouCast registration screen, enter the phone number associated with your device (the number you use as if you send yourself SMS). SMS service is required once at the registration step. After registration, SMS service is not required if the files are transmitted via email address.

If you get "Register failed",  go to Options | Advance Option | TCP, check the box near "APN Setting Enabled", input your carrier's APN name. You can google APN info or call your carrier.

4. Go to menu and select Setup Socials to connect to your social accounts before you can post media files to the social network. To connect your social accounts via Youcast, try to avoid special characters, such as "&" in your password. To connect to your Youtube account, make sure your Youtube account is linked with your google account.


5. If your device does not have SD card, go to YouCast  |  Setting |  Path , change to HOME and create a folder. YouCast will use this folder to save all receiving files.

6. If you select recipient's phone# from contact list, make sure phone # is at mobile field. If the recipient is an email address, a link is also provided for downloading files at PC desktop.

7. YouCast registration process could fail if your device is configured with  your corporate IT policy blocks YouCast app.
