9800 - Serious issues...

Velvet is the most beautiful theme I've used so far, and the layout if great, which is why it deserves a few stars (I'm being fair here, I just wasted 7$ after all... I could have given no star). The problem is that it should NOT be available for the Torch 9800 if it isn't compatible. The trackpad issue, not a problem, it's a real mess but it was in the description somewhere at the bottom. I always use the touchscreen, so it should work fine, right? No! It just doesn't work as intended either. I want to open a tab, the social thing goes up, want to close the social thing, I hit an app. Nothing works as intended... It's just a poorly coded and overpriced theme. At this premium price for a theme, I expect everything to work smoothly.

Can you upgrade and repair it so the theme may look perfectly.better icon at the menu look perfectly if change to os7 icon.the homescreen perfectly.I like it=D
