You can snooze an alarm for a period of 1 minute to 1 hour as well as cancel snooze.

You can use one of the ringtones coming with Alarm Clock or any sound file from your BlackBerry® (including device memory and media card).

Once you configure sound, vibration and LED for a given alarm you can reuse that configuration in as many alarms as you want. Alarm Clock also comes with four sample configurations: Silent, Vibrate, Normal and Loud.
