Currently, BBC One, BBC Two, BBC News & hilarious clip show ROK Tube streamed directly to your BlackBerry®, over Wi-Fi, 3G and GPRS. New channels added – BBC3 and CBBC.

Currently compatible with 24 BlackBerry® devices, ROK TV is available in the UK using a Wi-Fi connection for optimal quality but also available on T-Mobile, Orange and O2 (depending on Operator streaming restrictions). 
 
To begin watching ROK TV, simply install the app onto your BlackBerry®, select the installed app in your Menu and then add a User Name and Password of your own. Select ‘Register’ followed by ‘Channel List’ and enjoy!

Usually connection errors or operator device settings result in streaming issues & can be solved very quickly but if you don't email us, we cant help. 

BTW, Error Code 9 means your handset is not connected – write to us and we can help you. 

Important notes: 
 
1.     You must currently hold a valid UK TV Licence and live in the UK. (TV licensing terms and conditions at http://www.tvlicensing.co.uk/information/index.jsp)  
 
2.     Unless you are watching over Wi-Fi, please ensure you have a data package included in your mobile tariff. Best results achieved over Wi-Fi.
 
3.     ROK TV does not, currently, work on the Vodafone, Three and Virgin networks.
 
4.     ROK TV is compatible with the devices listed and will not work on other BlackBerry® devices including i derivatives unless stated.

5. Your free subscription will last for a maximum of 1 year, after 1 year you can renew.
