Great software to have on the Blackberry and includes desktop software to sync with as well as easing the process of adding and editing items. Love the backup options (email) and great customer service. Good job guys. |

I have used Datavault through +4 device upgrades. It has been my go to application for securing passwords and private information. I use the desktop interface multiple times daily. Being able to sync between the two is a great feature. The Ascendo team have always been responsive and provide great support. |

I have been using Datavault on my Blackberry since 2009. I have never had a problem, it has always worked and is straightforward to use. I have never read the instructions, I could probably do a lot more if I did but all the things I want to do are intuitive. A joy to use in these days of buggy software and constant new releases. I had never updated the software until I got a new Blackberry (Sept 2011) and the transfer process was painless. Support (needed new code for new Blackberry) was excellent. I cannot recommend it enough. |

Passwords are such a pain, but Datavault makes short work of it! I know others cannot fail to be satisfied too, it is so feature-rich, yet beautiful and elegant. It is on all 6 devices I own. Cannot live without it. Buy it. |

This Password Manager is the best one, wich is available on BlackBerry, Desktops and iPhone. Synchonisation with BlackBerry and Desktop PC is easy as it can be and the Bits and Bytes are safe. |

After trying Constant Guard and Roboform, I spent the $30 for DataVault, and have been very happy with it. The Blackberry app was the key and it works great for syncing between home and work PC's. The support is great too when I needed a new PIN after upgrading to the Bold. It's the only app I've spent money on, and it has been worth every penny. |

I've had the software for about a week and find it helpful. Been using BB pswd keeper for several years but wanted something with more organization and portability. The reviews are good but not much was mentioned about the desktop version. I'm having no luck trying to sync the data. Contacted customer support but haven't heard from them yet. |

Datavault allows me to use my laptop keyboard to enter passwords as well as sync via BB Desktop-love it! I had some problems initially with sync'ing, so be sure to get latest version of BB Desktop-that fixed it for me. Customer support was great while I tried to fix the issue (very prompt). I have trial version but will play with it some more (and probably purchase). |

ADV is of no use to me if it can't autofill all or most I'net login forms. I can keep an export of my Roboform passcards on my BB. No need to pay $30.00 to Ascendo for, effectively, a listing of my login creds. THE selling point for a pwd mgr is its ability to autofill. While ADV does autofill some popular sites, as a Business user who needs to log in to sites other than facebook, yahoo, gmail and the like, ADV isn't a good fit - not for BB, at least.

Why did it take so long to find this? This is the first review I ever wrote. Finally a password manager that is simple and works. It almost flawlessly imported my data from the defunct CryptMagic. The wireless sync was easy and extremely fast. |

Data vault is a first class app and deserves its 5 star rating. Support is excellent too.
Synching with PC is simple and works perfectly and the ability to import Roboform data is a great bonus. The desktop app is not quite up with Roboform but the Blackberry app is the best of its kind. |

It's definitely a 5. I keep all my personal data from log on information, credit cards, family personal info, medical info, banking info, etc. I sync it with my desk top Data Vault at the same time I sync and backup my blackberry information.
When Blackberry tech support had me wipe my phone and reload the operating system, everything was lost. But the information for my Data Vault was transferred back into my phone after I loaded the program again and resynced. All my sensitive information is safe. Special Thanks to the Data Vault Support Team. They were able to resend me my registration code (because I didn't save it).
If you're unsure about getting this, think about how much sensitive materials you have to remember. If you can remember it all, save your money. If you can't, at least download the trial to check it out. Within 5 days you'll be downloading the full version.

My most usefull app on Bberry after email! I use it every day, and it is simple to use. The sync with desktop is a must have so your data is always backed up. |

DataVault is a great product. Intuitive to use, packed with features and syncs up easily between my desktop and BlackBerry. Easily allows me to categorize between credit cards, web sites, and any other information I want available but secure.
More importantly to me, the support service from Ascendo is prompt, courteous and professional. I waited over 2 weeks for a response from Blackberry App world (never got one) and the folks at Ascendo took care of me even though it was BB App World's responsibility.
Great product, Great People. Highly recommended.
