Just take the time to read the instructions, this is a really great app. As a teen this is really great when a parent isn't handy and I need to answer some questions. |

You have to follow the directions on the app's description! I did not give it 5 stars because after entering all my medical history on line, the data was dumped and I had to re-enter it all! After that it was smooth sailing! |

Doesn't work can not open asks for username and password. Uh hello never put one one. Great idea but needs lots of Work! Glad I didn't pay for iT. |

No local copy stored on BB so if there is no internet coverage in hospital / doctors or where you are trying to access data, you are out of luck! |

It won't even let me register at all. Tried several times to un install re install and reboot with no success. Tells me was unable to connect it timed out. Is completely worthless. |

I entered my medical data into this program twice it was not save to the report, my doctors and insurance company data would not show up on the final report card. Don't use until these problem in the software have been addressed. |

I just downloaded this crap on my bold 9700 and it sent me an email saying it was set up and when I tried to log in it said "my phr" no information found. Don't waste ur time!! |

I had no issue with it letting me once I registered and set it up online. And when I accessed it from my BB it send me and email immediately that someone had logged in to view my info. A nice feature. :) |

This works as it should. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the instructions to set it up seem to confuse most people. I had no issues at all. Please read the instructions and understand how thi is supposed to work! |

I followed the instructions and went online, put in all my info and saved. Then when I tried to pull up the info on my phone, all it said was no information entered. Unless I am doing something wrong, it sucks! |
