Go to m.verisign.com from your BB. They downgraded that app to 3.0.8 from 3.1 and it now works. 5 stars for that but they lose 2 for never answering a single email to let me know it was corrected.
Does not work with new BB torch

He seguido las intrucciones de Verisign reinstalando la aplicación más de 10 veces y solo consigo error 0x9. La solución aportada por el soporte de Verisign es que lo instale en el PC, perdiendo la movilidad. Que poca profesionalidad! :-(

Saves hazzles of carrying a physical token everytime and is available for free , and no $$ as well.
New BOLD, VIP works like a charm!
