I sent a postcard of my daughter to my father who lives in another state and he never got it.....definitly a waste of phone space and time.DON'T DOWNLOAD

I have had a lot of issues with it but the online version works well. The BB versiom 2.0 always times out for me :(

When I key in my email and password to create account, it say Email invalid. Tried another email address but still says "invalid". So what email does this application wants?

Delivered an awesome postcard free of charge, you do need a wi-fi connection though and set up and register problems happen if you are using data but many places abroad offer free wi fi so I would get it done there! Brilliant a must try if you know any old people just to see them get their heads round such a clever concept! My postcard is still on display three months after I sent it!

After downloading, you must register. I put in my email. The app told me it wasn't a valid email. Tried again. Third time I used my BB email. Hazel said "no can do " with that one either. So I uninstalled Hazel. I have a Curve.

I purchased this app hoping to be able to send postcards to home from the road.  Great idea but it apparently is no good if you use a "data connection".  Apparently the best connection is a "WiFi connection".  No good!  Real bummer!

Just remember to buy hazelbucks on the website so you can send more than just the free one.  All my recipients loved getting them!
App doesn't find my pics

This app could be fun & useful but on my Curve, it doesn't point to where I store my photos (which is just on my memory card), so I am not able to use the app. The other place the app looks for pics is on the phone's internal memory, and I don't store pics there. I tried to contact support a couple times via the email address on their website, but they didn't respond. Disappointed. :(

Great idea. I used the free one to try it out and got my postcard in 10 days (Australia - posted from USA). But I CAN'T BUY MORE Hazelbucks from the web site because of javascrips errors. How annoying - I'm on vacation now and can't use this app because they can't take my money!
