I used a different program for a while called Gwabbit which resulted in way too many duplicate contacts. This program works much better and I am very happy with it. Five stars

I just had an important call to make and did not have the number in contacts. In under 1 minute I found an e-mail from the client, used Copy2Contact to grab info from e-mail and dialled the call. Pretty darn nifty!

I upgraded from Bold 9780 to Bold 9900 and found that C2C didn't work properly. Their customer service jumped on it, identified and fixed the problem in no time. 
I was relieved as I really enjoy how easy, efficient and accurate the program is - more accurate than my business card scanner. 

Thanks for a great product and customer service.
