TeleNav GPS Plus (for OS 6 and 7)

This is a superb navigation app! I had a problem with one of the functions & the "tech" rep told me it was a hardware problem. I asked for another rep that was more conversant with BlackBerry. I got nothing. Not even the courtesy of a reply...great app though.

Incredibly disappointed to find that either the previous review is incorrect/incomplete or the feature is broken on the Bold 9650: there is NO speed limit alert/notification to match what's apparently available in the Android version. (Yes, there is a speed limit "display" option in the settings that showed the posted limit on a freeway, but no display of my own speed and no notice when I exceeded the posted limit while in traffic - common features in Garmin and TomTom GPS units.)  I bought the TeleNav GPS Plus app for that ability and hope nobody else is misled by the other review into wasting their money like I did.

Works great on my 9650, well worth 10 bucks a year. Had a problem getting it to work after downloading, cust service walked me thru it.

I paid $10 per month for Navtel before switching from AT&T to Verizon. This is a superior app worth every penny. The updates have always been frequent with the maps always current. Great value!

I've been using Telenav for years on the BB. This is a very nice upgrade and works very well. Integration with their web site to allow editing and organization of destinations is also very handy.

Normally telenav is great. Just wish I could get it to work on my 9930.

I've used many GPS apps across many platforms - google navigation on Android, CoPilot on Windows Mobile, Bing on WP7, and the standard TeleNav on all of them. This is the best one I've used yet, and at $10/year, its a great value. 

Its a lot faster than other versions of TeleNav I've used, and has premium features like lane assist and speed limit notification. Definitely recommended.

This is one of the best Nav apps I've used! The ETA is very accurate, there are multiple route options to avoid traffic, and the alerts come at just the right time. It allows me to play music and use Nav and doesn't leave my phone frozen! Its better then the $50 iPhone nav apps I've used! Great work!

U can't go wrong for a spoken Navi for $10.00 !! Works flawlessly! But the nav can be laggy at times.
