A guy told that RIM's native device lock will wipe out all phone's data after 10 fail trial to unlock.
I've already had App Lock, but I need another security app that prevents a friend enter my phone, not only locks specific apps. And this one serve my hope well, with a professional look. Just don't know it's memory & battery consumption.
I've purchased advance autolock & secureX, but no longer use it. |

Would get all 5 but I can't retrieve my registration code and now it doesn't work |
This App does what it says and in a very easy to use way. Works well on my Torch. What gives it 5 stars is the very quick and helpful support service. |
I have the Torch and can not believe how touchy that phone is without a lock. Personally I can not believe that it does not come with one in the first place. This unlock remind me of the droid unlock. I had the "wheel lock" app and it is ok but this is WAY better once you figure out the settings, take the battery out, and finally figure out how to get it started! |

Everything I need and nothing I don't. Nice product. Hit the side button and system is completely locked with good looking cover screen and notification summaries. Highly Recommended. |

This app does what it says on the tin. NO mess no stress Don't understand the ratings whatsoever. I take it this app was used on inapproriate OS...Have used this app on both my devices Curve 8900 amd Storm 2. I swear the best locoking app I have tried and I have tried a few...check out your OS and give this wonder a try..5 stars on privacy and security not to mention background imaging..well done EPIC APPLICATIONS keep up the good works ...luving this app |

Great app no more worrying about pressing buttons when your on the phone or people going through your stuff and no worry about trying to punch in your pin on that small keyboard speaks for itself!! |

I was frustrated by the way the latest 5.0 versions of the 9700 OS were handling the keyboard lock function. The new lock method (standby) seemed to make the phone vulnerable to accidental dialing when placed into a holster (it would become unlocked). This app seems to be working perfectly and replicates exactly what the old keyboard lock feature did including the option to show owner info on the lock screen! Great job on this one! |

I am using it on my tour. I needed some assistance with it after the free trial expired. 100% great customer service. The app has great flexibility. You can have it lock when the back light goes out or do it manually. You can use a pass key to unlock or just a swipe of your finger. I love it! |

No more pocket dialing 999! - works well on my 9700. Good security feature and a nice selection of different options to choose from. Def in my list of top 5 apps to buy. Don't know how I survived without this, well recommended. |

Utile car complementaire de la touche lock du 9700. L'os 5.0.0.593 modifie cette touche et lui adjoint le mute. Ultimate lock permet de bloquer le clavier et l'ecran sans passer par cette touche. Il permet aussi de garder le clavier bloque meme en le sortant de l'etui blackberry, ce que le lock ne permet plus. On peut configurer totalement l'ecran d'accueil en blocage. Utile donc pour pas cher. |

I'm using this on my Tour (9630) and I love it. I have been looking for a good password-protected lock app for a while & this one has everything I wanted (custom image, info display, weather built-in, etc.). I'm on 5.0 so it won't activate via the lock button but I just set the "Lock on Timeout" to "Immediately" so that it basically works with the lock button. Definitely falls into my top 3 paid apps for my BlackBerry. |

Fantastic features but it doesn't prevent screen taps when locked so the backlight constantly activates while in your pocket. As a result, I was down to 30% battery by mid afternoon. It should force you to press the lock button first in order to prevent this unwanted screen click. |
