I just downloaded this app today and I like it so far. It is pretty easy to use. I like having my account infomation available any time I want it. |

So far, its worth it. Only problem encountered is that the names in bank account are not correct with amounts...so @ first reading, it showed a $1500 payment to Kroger (grocery), instead of mortgage company...and about 6 payments to Sears...so as long as u have a clue about ur bank transactions, it still gives amounts and balances. I really love that all your accounts can be acessed in one place! |

Pretty much every account I have works with this app. Would be better if I could pay bills as well but for now its nice to keep track of all my accounts and their balances. Works with social networking too. Very cool! |

Works great as long as your bank will work with app. My main bank is listed but won't connect as well as charter communications. But works great with credit cards. |

I'm all for apps...I have a bb storm and have a usaa app...youtube app...facebook app...usaa app...etc. Finally one single place to keep track of ALL of my business...there's no account the personal assistant can't manage...in one day I immediately bought the premium and I use it everday...must have! A little slow at times and you can't pay bills but an excellent assistant nonetheless!! Highly recommend! |

I love being able to see all my bills and accounts so easily, via my 8900 or on the computer. A previous reviewer made a comment with not being able to pay from this app and while that would be handy, using the desktop site I've fallen in love with the "go to" option that automatically logs me into the account I choose. I can't say anything about the itinerary feature since I don't travel, but love everything else about it! |

Customer service is nonexistent and things don't update for weeks at a time. Therefore, A+ for concept and an F for execution. |

I am very impressed with the Personal Assistant app - both concept and implementation. It's very well done, aesthetically pleasing and, most importantly, a real time saver. Will be wonderful if future releases will be able to speed up the log-on/download process and allow link/payment options. Still deserves 5 stars in its current form. I bought the Premium version very soon after d/l'ing the free version. Try it, you'll like it! |

I like being able to see all my financial accts but you can't pay any bills and most of the accts are a few days behind. For example my bank statement shows my balance and transactions from 4 days ago but nothing after, yet. So its a little slow. |

Gives a good overall view of my financial and social status. Only suggestion is that the financial transaction history is updated more frequently. |

Great app started using it on a business trip and it started helping me right away only concern is security code is not part of free trial which for security concerned leaves you little choice but to buy ASAP worth it however. |

I purchased this app in hopes that it provided a connection to all your accounts to do things such as transfers & bill payments. Either I'm doing something wrong, or this app doesn't do that.
Some of my financials don't come up & am not sure if it is a result of being a smaller credit union in Hawaii or what? am currently contacting cutomer service to see what's up.
I do like having (most of) my balances on one screen. Very very convenient! But would be better if I could transfer funds & pay bills! |

I must admit this is one useful application to keep up with most of your account information. It is a time saver and helps me keep my accounts in order. Can not recommend highly enough to the busy on the go person this is a must have app for your Blackberry. |

The newer version works with all of my bank accounts, utilities, and credit cards. Shows accurate balances, but depending on the account does not show some important info such as due dates,or transactions more than 2-3 days old. |
